§ Commodore KINGIn the latest period for which particulars are available, namely, the quarter ended 30th September, 1928, there were 12 mines at which dressed tin ore was produced, employing 2,425 persons. In addition, there were 10 mines, employing 549 persons, at which development work was in progress.
