§ Sir P. CUNLIFFE-LISTERA Board of Trade inquiry into the loss of the "Vestris" will be held as soon as the necessary arrangements can be made for preparing the case and placing it before the Court. The inquiry will probably take place in London, and will be held by a Wreck Commissioner and Assessors. In order that a thorough investigation may be made into all the relevant circumstances by this tribunal, arrangements have been made for statements to be taken from witnesses in America and every possible effort will also he made to secure the presence at the inquiry here of witnesses whose oral evidence is important.
