asked the President of the Board of Trade the constitution of the crew of the s.s. "Eltham," which was wrecked on the Cornish coast on 17th November, namely, how many certificated officers she carried, how many able seamen, how many engineers, and how many firemen?

The s.s. "Eltham" had a crew of 11 officers and men, consisting of a master, mate, five able seamen, two engineers and two firemen. The master was certificated.
