§ Mr. BETTERTONAs my hon. Friend is probably aware, a proposal was made on behalf of the British Government at the meeting of the Governing Body of the International Labour Office last January that the revision of the Washington Convention200W should be placed on the agenda of the 1929 Conference. This matter is still before the Governing Body, and will be further considered by them in due course.
