§ Sir V. HENDERSONCracks in the quay wall and in various towers have been under observation since 1913, and since that date, the National Physical Laboratory have taken readings of the movements by means of micrometers. I am happy to be able to assure the hon. Member that the movements discovered are of very small dimensions and that there is, at the present time, no cause for alarm.
