HC Deb 03 April 1928 vol 215 c1813W
Mr. GARDNER

asked the Minister of Labour the circumstances leading up to the resignation of Mr. Sidney Eraut, an imperial officer, acting as chief factory inspector in the Ministry of Labour of Northern Ireland; when Mr. Eraut was due to retire; on what terms in respect of a lump sum and pension he retired; and whether the Imperial or the Northern Ireland Government paid the lump sum and is paying the pension?

Mr. BETTERTON

I have no information with regard to this matter, which appears to fall within the jurisdiction of the Government of Northern Ireland.
