asked the Home Secretary the number of motor cars and motor cycles, separately, that were reported stolen in the Metropolitan Police Area for the 12 months ended 31st December, 1926, that have been recovered?

During this period, 809 motor cars and 193 motor cycles were reported to the police as having been stolen, and, of these, 712 motor cars and 92 motor cycles were recovered.
