§ Mr. GUINNESSI have carefully considered the question and am satisfied that any further legislative action this Session is impossible. Before deciding what further action can be taken I propose to await the Report of the Royal Commission on Land Drainage.

§ Mr. GUINNESSUntil the Government has received and considered the Report of the Royal Commission on Land Drainage it would be premature to make any announcement with regard to further land drainage legislation.
