§ Mr. KELLYasked the Minister of Health if he has received a communication from the parochial electors of the parish of Cobham, Surrey, asking the Ministry to hold a public inquiry into the situation created by the local authority in the erection of houses, the inadequate number built, and the need for a revision and drastic reduction of the rents now charged; and, if so, whether he proposes to take any action in the matter?
