§ Lieut. - Colonel SPENDER - CLAYHenry Smith's Charity (Kensington Estate), to which it is assumed the hon. Member refers, is regulated by a scheme approved by an Order of the Court of Appeal dated 7th August, 1889, as varied by an Order of Mr. Justice Chitty dated 21st June, 1890, and a scheme of the Charity Commissioners dated 22nd February, 1912. Annual accounts of the income and expenditure are rendered to the Commissioners as required by the Charitable Trusts Acts. The schemes and accounts can be seen at the office of the Commissioners or copies can be supplied on payment.
