HC Deb 10 November 1927 vol 210 cc391-2W
Mr. G. HARVEY

asked the Minister of Transport if his attention has been called to the constant rolling of trains on certain sections of the Southern Railway; and will he bring the matter to the notice of the railway company in the interests of the safety of the travelling public?

Colonel ASHLEY

I have occasionally received complaints of excessive oscillation of railway trains, and when the circumstances warranted it have brought the matter to the notice of the railway company concerned. If my hon. Friend has any particular section of railway in mind and would be good enough to furnish me with particulars I will consider them.
