§ Lieut.-Colonel HEADLAMNo Departmental Committee has been specially set up for the purpose to which my hon and gallant Friend refers, but during the period in question the Board of Admiralty have had the matter under close examination and have been able to make a substantial reduction in staff. The matter continues to engage the close attention of the Board.
