Mr. CHAMBERLAINI have been asked to reply. I would point out that the Bill as originally introduced provided for the inclusion of teachers and their subsequent exclusion was in large measure due to representations made on behalf of the vast majority of teachers. While representations have recently been made by a special section of the profession for the inclusion of teachers, there is no indication of any change in the attitude of the profession as a whole.
