§ Mr. HAYDN JONESasked the President of the Board of Education whether he is aware that the delegacy to be set up by the University of Wales, in consultation with the authorities of training colleges, is not likely to function till 1928; and whether, in view of this delay, he will take steps to add to the Departmental Committee, considering the training of teachers. interested in rural life and occupations, a member acquainted with Wales and its conditions?
§ Lord E. PERCYI know of no reason why the delegacy should not be in a position, before the end of the summer, to consider the training of teachers interested in rural life and occupations in Wales, and I should like to see the Principality make its own independent contribution to the solution of this problem.
