PERCYThe average numbers of children attending public elementary schools in Walsall, Bilston and Coseley during the quarter ended the 31st December, 1926, were 15,611, 5,228 and 4,019, respectively. Similar returns are not available for Willenhall, which is not an independent authority for education, but for the year ended the 31st March last the total average attendance at schools in Willenhall was 3,409.
