§ Viscount WOLMERFive persons have been prosecuted for using wireless sending apparatus without a licence. A conviction was obtained in each case and the penalties ranged from a fine of £4 to a fine of £10 in addition to £5 costs. In two of the cases the apparatus was confiscated.
