§ Sir P. CUNLIFFE-LISTERAs regards the years 1921 to 1926 inclusive, I would refer my hon. Friend to the answer given to the hon. Member for Melton (Mr. Everard) on 16th February, a copy of which I am sending him. The figures for the year 1920 are given in Vol. I of the Annual Statement of the Trade of the United Kingdom for that year, but these relate to the territory comprised in pre-War Russia.
