Mr. LOCKER-LAMPSONNo, Sir. My right hon. Friend is not disposed to take the suggested action by the right hon. and gallant Gentleman. The recent Italian law for the defence of the State which he no doubt has in mind is public property, and its terms are, of course, binding on foreign newspaper correspondents to the same extent as on other foreign residents in Italy.
