§ Mr. AMERYI presume the hon. Member refers to the recommendation made by a Select Committee, consisting of six unofficial and two official members of the Legislative Council. The inquiry in the latter part of the question is hypothetical, and I am unable to add anything to the replies which I gave on the 14th February.
