§ Earl WINTERTONI have seen this fact reported in the Press. I have no definite information as to the reason for the order, but have little doubt it was due to the apprehension that Dr. Moonje's speeches as President of the Hindu Mahasabha would exacerbate Hindu-Moslem relations.
