§ Major TRYONAs I have already explained to the hon. Member, the man referred to made application for the first time only to the Ministry eight years after his demobilisation. The case has, nevertheless, been specially considered, but I am advised that there are no circumstances in it to connect the man's illness with his War service which would enable my Department to take special action.
