§ Lieut.-Colonel HEADLAMThe practice of withholding this information is in accordance with the King's Regulations and Admiralty Instructions, Article 1331, Clause 4. The decisions by the boards of survey are subject to scrutiny and, if necessary, to alteration at the Admiralty, in regard to attributability and degree of disablement, and it is considered that the present practice should be adhered to.
