§ Colonel ASHLEYI have received the representations to which the hon. Member refers, and I have replied to them to the effect that if the draft Road Traffic Bill, which was recently circulated, became law in its present form, power would be conferred on the Minister of Transport to make Regulations restrict- 1197W ing the number of persons in addition to the driver who may be carried on a motor cycle not fitted with a side-car, and prescribing the manner in which such persons may be so carried.
