§ Sir C. RAWSONasked the Postmaster-General how many mono-marked letters were redirected during 1926; and what extra cost was involved in the process and by whom it was borne?
§ Sir W. MITCHELL-THOMSONLetters redirected by the Monomark Company are enclosed in fresh envelopes before being reposted. Fresh postage has to be prepaid, and the cost of the process is therefore borne entirely by the company. I have no record of the number of these letters.
