§ Captain HACKINGThere is no general rule or order in force in the State-owned premises in Carlisle forbidding chorus-singing, but recently in order to preserve good order and to meet the wishes of the general body of customers, notices were posted in only two of the houses to the effect that chorus-singing would not be allowed.
