WORTHINGTON-EVANSIt is left to the discretion of the General Officer Commanding, in consultation with the Territorial Association, to decide for which Territorial Army brigades mechanical transport shall be hired at training. I shall have the information obtained during the training season and will communicate with my hon. Friend in due course.
