§ Earl WINTERTONIn regard to the Auxiliary and Territorial Force Committee, I would refer my hon. Friend to the answer I have given to-day to a question on the subject asked by the hon. Member for Rochdale (Mr. Kelly). The recommendations made by the Sandhurst Committee are still under consideration by the Government of India and His Majesty's Government, and I am unable to say when an intimation of the action to be taken thereon may be expected.
