§ Colonel DAYasked the Secretary of State for the Colonies whether he is now in a position to make a statement of the numbers of killed and injured and the extent of the damage caused through the earthquake that took place in Palestine and Transjordania on 11th July; and whether the Government made a grant to provide food for the victims and towards rescue and clearance work, and the amount of it?
