§ Sir P. CUNLIFFE-LISTERNine inquiries, under Section 2 of the Act, have been held by the Standing Committee appointed by the Board of Trade, and two by the Standing Committee appointed by the Minister of Agriculture and Fisheries, the Secretary of State for the Home Department and the Secretary of State for Scotland. No Orders have yet been made, but an Order was laid in draft before this House yesterday relating to certain descriptions of iron and steel, gold and silver leaf, and woven labels of textile materials.
