§ Mr. BETTERT0NBetween 14th December, 1926, and 13th June, 1927, the recommendations by the local committees at Employment Exchanges in the Wales Division, numbering 220,380 were accepted in all but 1,965 cases (or 0.8 per cent.). Of the latter figure, 1,851 cases previously allowed were disallowed, and 114 cases previously disallowed were allowed.
