Mr. CHAMBERLAINThe Committee under Sir Frederick Andrewes was not appointed to inquire into cases of encephalitis following vaccination, but for the purpose described in the answer to a question put by the hon. Member for Central Southwark (Colonel Day) on the 5th instant, to which I would refer the hon. Member.
