§ Sir A. STEEL-MAITLANDIt is provisionally estimated that at 31st December, 1926, the number of persons (including those under special schemes) insured under the Unemployment Insurance Acts in Great Britain was approximately 11,824,000, the corresponding figure for 31st December, 1925, being 11,686,000.
