§ Mr. MACLEANasked the Minister of Pensions the number of widows who have been refused pensions because their husbands, who were in receipt of pensions for war disabilities, did not die within seven years of the termination of their active service?
§ Major TRYONThe hon. Member is under a misapprehension, as the circumstances referred to in the question would not be a ground for refusal of pension to the widow of a pensioner, whose case is expressly provided for by the Royal Warrant of 14th January, 1924.
