§ Mr. AMMONasked the Financial Secretary to the Treasury whether Section 5 of the Superannuation Act of 1887, which debars persons from receiving two State pensions for one and the same period of service, is applied in the case where a man may be awarded a disability pension, or whether the latter is covered by Article 1163 of the Royal Warrant of 1914?
