DAVIDSONasked the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs whether he is in a position to state the views of His Majesty's Government on the question of the renewal, termination, or revision of Congo and Zambesi basin agreements; and, if not, whether he will forthwith consult with the Colonial Office on this subject?
