§ Lord E. PERCYThe late date for which figures are available is the last day upon which each school was open prior to the 1st April, 1926. The average size of classes on that date was 46 in the case of the Rossington Schools, 49 in the case of the Armthorpe Schools, and 41 in the case of the Thorne Schools.
