§ Mr. CHURCHILLI would refer the hon. Member to the reply given to my hon. Friend the Member for Maryhill (Mr. Conner) on 3rd February, 1926, of which I am sending him a copy. Corresponding figures for 1925-6 are not readily available, but it is improbable that they would greatly differ from those of 1924–5.
