§ Lord E. PERCYThe inadequacy or disrepair of the playground is one of the considerations taken into account in reviewing the premises of an elementary school. How serious a view is taken of the defect depends largely upon the extent to which it appears to have a prejudicial effect upon the health and well-being of the children.
