§ Sir K. WOODAs indicated in the reply to the hon. Member for Enfield (Colonel Applin) on 10th November, approved societies have no power to set up dental clinics. If it is suggested that bodies indirectly associated with approved586W societies have contravened Section 5 of the Dentists Act, the matter is one for the Dental Board, having regard to their powers under Section 6 (3) of the Act.
