Mr. SAMUELAccording to the information in my possession, the number of promotions of male officers of the 421W clerical or Departmental clerical classes to the executive class (£100-£400) in the various Departments since 6th August, 1925, is as follows:

Particulars as to the number of promotions of male clerical officers to higher clerical posts in the period in question are not available, and could not be obtained without considerable labour.
