CUNLIFFE-LISTERI am aware that there has recently been an alteration in the time of beginning work on the back-shift at this pit, but this is a matter over which the inspectors of mines have no jurisdiction. At the same time, a question has arisen in regard to the winding time, and this latter point is being dealt with by the divisional inspector.
