Mr. LOCKER-LAMPSONThe last occasion on which this question was the subject of official communication between His Majesty's Governments in Great Britain and the Dominions was at the Imperial Conference last year, when it was agreed that none of the Governments represented at the Conference would take any action in the direction of the acceptance of the compulsory jurisdiction of the Permanent Court without bringing up the matter for further discussion.
