§ Colonel DAYasked the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs whether, in 837W view of the delay in publication of Part II. of the League of Nations' Report on the traffic, in women, and of its public interest, he will urge the permanent advisory committee of the League to have this portion of the Report published at the earliest possible moment?
§ Sir A. CHAMBERLAINIt would seem to me that exaggerated importance is attached in some quarters to Part II. which, as far as I was able to study it in the time at my disposal at Geneva, is illustrative of Part I., but does not affect the conclusions to be drawn from it. In any case, publication can only be decided by the Council to whom both pats of the Report ware addressed. The matter will come before the Council again in June.
