HC Deb 26 April 1927 vol 205 c677W
Mr. KELLY

asked the President of the Board of Trade the number of schemes which the Electricity Commissioners have placed before the Board set up under the new Act; and how many of such schemes have been sanctioned by the Board?

Colonel ASHLEY

I have been asked to reply. A scheme relating to Central Scotland has already been prepared by the Electricity Commissioners and transmitted to the Central Electricity Board for consideration. The preparation of a second scheme, namely, for Central England, is in an advanced stage.
