§ Sir S. HOAREI would refer the hon. and gallant Member to the reply which was given by the Parliamentary Secretary, Board of Trade, to the hon. Member for Bow and Bromley (Mr. Lansbury) on 28th March and from which he will see that no export licence is required for aircraft, though it is for any armament.
