§ Mr. RONALD McNEILLApproximately 500 persons have been appointed to established posts as surveyors, architects, and draughtsmen since 1920. Detailed particulars as to their previous employment and as to their starting pay on establishment could not be made available without special inquiry, which would not, I think, be justified.
