§ Colonel DAYasked the Home Secretary if his attention has been drawn to an inquest held on two workmen, named Frank Scott, of Tonbridge, and Dennis Batchelor, of Leigh, who lost their lives in an explosion at the powder mills of Messrs. Curtis and Harvey at Leigh, near Tonbridge; and if, in view of the evidence given by His Majesty's inspector of explosives, in which he stated that he could form no theory as to the cause of the fire, he will have an inquiry set up to thoroughly investigate the circumstances?
