§ Sir P. CUNLIFFE-LISTERThe preparation of the final Report cannot be begun until the series of preliminary Reports now appearing in the Board of Trade Journal has been completed. Up to the present date, 28 out of a total of 121 schedules have been reported on in these preliminary Reports, in seven issues of the Journal. I hope the final Report may be ready in about a year from now.
