§ Mr. AMMONasked the Under-Secretary of State for India whether, in view of the fact that the Bengal Government have stated that the proposals framed by them in 1924 for the separation of the executive and judicial functions are still under the consideration of the Government of India and that action would be taken by that Government as soon as sanction was received, he can state the cause of the delay in sanctioning this reform?
