asked the Minister of Labour whether it is by his instructions that the Employment Exchange officials at Huddersfield have marked the forms of applicants for extended benefit prior to the hearing of their cases by the rota committee,, stating that the applicant is not likely to secure insurable employment, or that he is not genuinely seeking work, or that it is not in the public interest to give the applicant benefit; and whether he will arrange for the discontinuance of this practice in order that cases which must come before the rota committees may not be first pre-judged by the officials?
